The edge wears out and deforms when working, so it must be maintained. If you have to produce 20, plan a rate of 21 or even 22, so that they have time to maintain their tools. With a powerful tool, they will produce more easily and therefore faster. The additional load will be absorbed by the skills of the tool used by the operator!
